Our business hours are between 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time, Monday Through Friday. Calling during that time will all but guarantee you will get to speak directly to Michael or myself. If we're not available to take your call, we will call you back within twenty-four hours. I'm also including my personal email so that you can reach out to me there.
